Creatine is more than a "muscle" addition to one's health lifestyle. It can be used for numerous enhancements to your health. I used it mainly for gym training and it worked exceptionally well. Individual amount is an ongoing personal experiment. After watching the Andrew Huberman Lab podcast, I am now using creatine for "brain training". Yes, it works for me. I am now using higher doses of creatine for gym and brain, and it is working Very Well. A few areas creatine can improve are memory, concentration, focus, mood, motivation, mental fatigue, reaction times, sleep deprivation and more. This is an excellent product. I also use Collagen, Glutamine and Big Beef Protein.
Absolutely love this 3 in 1 supplement. I took advantage of the Black Friday sales and stocked up for me and several as Christmas gifts.
It’s only my first bag, but I’m 5 shakes deep and really happy with the product. I mix my protein in my smoothies so I can’t comment on the flavour specifically but it doesn’t hurt my guts like whey does, it mixes well, and in The smoothies the flavour is excellent! Will buy this product again.
