- FREE Standard Shipping within Canada for all Orders over $75 CAD
- Orders valued at $75 CAD or less, will have a flat shipping fee of $9.99 CAD
- We only ship within Canada at this time.

Shipping Within Canada
For orders going to Canada, tracking information will be valid for Canada Post. Feel free to use the tracking number provided on both sites for an update on your order status once it ships.
International Shipments

Returns & Refunds
Unopened products that are still in their original packaging can be returned within 15 days of the original date of purchase for a refund. See below for return eligibility.

- Return Policy does not apply to products purchased on sale or with a discount code.
- All Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.
- You can return your product within 15 days of the original purchase.
- The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item is unopened and in the original packaging.
- After 15 days of the date of purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with tag(s) and in new condition. All T-shirts are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges.
You must have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from ConfidentHealth.com. We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third party retailers.
Products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

You will be responsible all shipping costs related to the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or items purchased with a discount code cannot be refunded.
Damaged items
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks will not be taken lightly and will subject the client to being put on the no-sell list.
